Wearing Guidelines
- Always wash and dry your hands thoroughly before handling your lenses.
- Check that the lens is not inverted before insertion — an inverted lens will not sit comfortably and may cause irritation.
- Replace daily disposable lenses every day; replace monthly lenses exactly as scheduled, regardless of how often they are worn.
- Do not exceed your recommended wearing time — extended wear increases the risk of dryness and infection.
- Remove your lenses before sleeping, unless specifically prescribed extended-wear lenses.
- Avoid wearing lenses while swimming, showering, or bathing.
Storage Guidelines
- Use only sterile, optometrist-recommended contact lens solution — never rinse or store lenses in tap water or saliva.
- Always empty and refill your lens case with fresh solution; never top off old solution.
- Replace your lens case every three months, even if it appears clean.
- Store your case in a dry, clean place with the cap securely closed.
Hygiene Guidelines
- Keep nails trimmed and clean before handling lenses to avoid tears or scratches.
- Apply makeup after inserting lenses, and remove lenses before removing makeup.
- Discontinue use immediately and consult your optometrist if you experience redness, pain, blurred vision, or excessive tearing.
- Never interchange your right and left lenses.
- Never use a lens beyond its expiry date, even if unopened.

Biotrue ONEday are daily disposable soft contact lenses from Bausch + Lomb, made from nesofilcon A with 78% water content. The outer surface is designed to mimic the lipid layer of the tear film to help prevent dehydration, and the lenses offer UVA/UVB protection.
Available powers
-0.50 to -6.00 in 0.25 steps, -6.00 to -9.00 in 0.50 steps, and +0.50 to +6.00 in 0.25 steps (plus powers in the 30-lens pack).
Important
Contact lenses need a valid prescription and a proper fitting by an eye care professional. Wear a fresh pair each day and discard after use. UV-absorbing contact lenses are not a substitute for UV-blocking sunglasses or eyewear. Remove the lens and consult your optometrist if you notice redness, pain or blurred vision.
