Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your VisionCraft account and the personal data linked to it at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email from the email address you signed up with to Support.myvisioncraft@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject "Account deletion request".
3. We reply to that address to confirm, then delete your account.

In the VisionCraft app you can also go to Profile → Account → Delete account, which opens this email for you.

What we delete

Your account and sign-in, your name, phone number and saved addresses, prescriptions you uploaded, your wishlist and saved cart.

What we keep

Records of orders you placed (invoice, amount, delivery address) are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, and are then deleted.

How long it takes

We delete your account within 30 days of your confirmation and let you know by email.
